Who has access to your information…
Rachael’s Rovers will not share any of your personal data with any third parties and will only use your personal data for contacting you in relation to our services.
As per the Service Agreement your information may be shared with either your vet or any registered vet for emergency treatment for the well being of your dog, or for lawful purposes.
Your choices…
You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from Rachael’s Rovers.
We will not contact you for marketing purposes by phone, text message or post unless you have given prior consent. You can change your marketing preferences at any time by emailing; bark@rachaelsrovers.co.uk.
Your data will be kept on our system for any future bookings, unless you request to delete it.
Rachael’s Rovers will then only keep a record of any relevant book-keeping records for up to 6 years as required by HMRC, such as invoices and receipts.

Non-sensitive details such as your email address are transmitted over the Internet, and this can never be 100% guaranteed secure. Whilst Rachael’s Rovers strives to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit, and you do so at your own risk.
All paper information, such as signed Service Agreements are stored in a locked cabinet.
